OpenMarkov
OpenMarkov is a software tool for editing and evaluating probabilistic graphical models such as Bayesian networks, influence diagrams, factored Markov models, etc.
It is under development by the Research Centre on Intelligent Decision-Support Systems of the UNED in Madrid, Spain.
OpenMarkov's default format is ProbModelXML. It can also read and save networks in Elvira's format.
